Kate McLoughlin has over three decades experience at Toyota Australia, where she has worked across a broad range of disciplines including Vehicle ordering, Logistics, Exporting, Corporate strategy, Change management, Marketing and Franchise Development.
In addition to her professional work, Kate has been actively involved in volunteer organisations, including as a former board member of the Cape Paterson Surf Lifesaving Club and President of St Kilda Playgroup.
Kate lives in St Kilda with her husband and two teenage children.

Wendy Tyrrell is Managing Director of The Long View Consulting, where she works with a wide range of organizations to create practical, forward-looking solutions to complex sustainable development challenges. 

Wendy is currently undertaking a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), focusing her research on how the minerals value chain can deliver long-term, sustainable benefits for local communities and industries alike.

With decades of international experience, Wendy is recognised for her leadership in sustainability. She has held senior roles in publicly listed companies, served as an executive director in a development-focused, non-profit organisation, and contributed to both commercial and non-profit boards. Her work brings together environmental, governance, and community perspectives, with expertise in sustainable development and responsible sourcing across mining, manufacturing, and related industries.
